Host experiencing issues affecting: viewing, posting and signup.

Hey all,

Our host has been experiencing issues with some of their MySQL servers in all their data centres, affecting us and many other customers both on shared hosting and VPS.
This has been affecting:
  • Viewing threads
  • Posting threads
  • New user sign up
    Plus more.
I've been in frequent communication with our host and am both aware of the problem and that their engineering team is working to resolve it.
Apologies to anyone who's been trying to use the board, this is not a common occurrence and I expect when the cause is found the resolution will be permanent.

Problem is still occurring, though with a lot less frequency.
Hopefully it'll be gone for good soon.

The problem hasn't occurred for a few days now, so tentatively I'm calling it resolved and unpinning for now.
