Very cool discovery and further evidence of the Norse Runic system being far older than some like to say. This stone is estimated to have been carved 0-250 CE!

Named after the site where archaeologists found it, according to Kristel Zelmers 'The Svingerud Stone' runes potentially say:
"For Idibera"
ᛁ ᛞ ᛁ ᛒ ᛖ ᚱ ᚫ ᚷ

I'm guessing that they're interpreting ᚷ (Gebo) as Gift/Gifted to/For.
I don't see any part of it representing ᚫ (Ansuz), in fact that second to last rune looks a lot like an early ᚢ(Uruz).
I think I could interpret slightly differently, but I am no expert so I'll leave it there :P
The ancient Norwegian rune stone was found during an excavation of a grave field in Hole municipality, near Tyrifjorden (Lake Tyri) west of the capital Oslo. It has an inscription the researchers believe may be between 1800-2000 years old.
The find is finally made public after a radiocarbon dating of other material found in the grave together with the rune stone, show that these artefacts date back to some time between 0-250 CE.
